Moen's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for residential purchasers. Commercial installations are covered under a separate five-year commercial warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Full warranty terms are available upon product registration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
